All applicants complete a thorough selection process which includes face-to-face interviews, fluency testing, reference checks and certification verification.

The Process

We're committed to dedicating our time and resources to finding the staffing solution for your business. Our hiring managers are versed in all aspects of the hiring process. First, we review each and every resume, CV and application to determine the wants and needs of applicants, in order to find a best-fit candidate for your business.

Next, we speak with the applicants to discuss their career goals, expectations and salary requirements. During this process we go one step beyond the resume and also evaluate their personal goals, current commitments (financial and otherwise) and overall ideal working environments. This helps us determine the type of company culture in which the individual can thrive.

Evaluation

Our hiring managers work diligently to make sure that every "t" is crossed and every "i" is dotted before an applicant is presented to the employer. When we find a potential applicant, a series of background, employment and reference checks are performed to verify the person's identity and integrity.

Next, a third-party  partner administers a fluency test. This is the final step in the hiring process. When the linguist passes the skills test, they are then introduced to the employer.

This process is used for contract, temporary-to-hire and direct hire employment openings.
